Refund, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Last Updated: 2 September 2026

This Refund, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy applies to paid programmes, masterclasses, workshops, training sessions, events, consultancy, mentorship, memberships, professional services, and other paid offerings provided by Impact Alliance Partners (“we,” “us,” “our”).

By making a payment or completing a registration, you acknowledge and accept this Policy.

1. General No-Refund Policy

All fees paid to Impact Alliance Partners are generally non-refundable and non-cancellable once payment has been successfully completed.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Training programme fees
  • Masterclass fees
  • Workshop fees
  • Event registration fees
  • Consultation fees
  • Mentorship fees
  • Membership fees
  • Professional service fees
  • Consultancy fees
  • Registration or participation fees
  • Other programme or service charges

Participants are therefore advised to carefully review the programme details, date, time, fee, inclusions, and other applicable conditions before making payment.

2. Non-Attendance

If you register and pay for a programme, training, masterclass, workshop, consultation, or event but do not attend:

No refund will be provided because of non-attendance.

For eligible live sessions, Impact Alliance Partners may, subject to availability, permit the participant to attend another upcoming session of the same or substantially similar programme.

The alternative session:

  • Is subject to availability;
  • May have a specified validity period;
  • Must comply with the applicable programme conditions; and
  • Does not create an entitlement to a cash refund.

3. Requests for Rescheduling

Where rescheduling is permitted, a participant should contact Impact Alliance Partners as early as reasonably possible before the scheduled programme.

Rescheduling is not guaranteed and depends on the nature of the service and availability of another suitable session.

For personalised consultancy, mentorship, meetings, or one-to-one services, separate rescheduling conditions may apply.

4. Refunds Approved by Impact Alliance Partners

In exceptional circumstances, Impact Alliance Partners may, at its discretion, approve a refund where appropriate or where required by applicable law.

If a refund is approved:

  • Payment gateway charges may be deducted.
  • Banking or transaction charges may be deducted.
  • Third-party processing charges actually incurred may be deducted where legally permissible.
  • GST and other statutory taxes already collected, deposited, or otherwise non-refundable under applicable law will not be refundable to the extent legally permitted.
  • The refundable balance, if any, will be processed through the original payment method or another appropriate method.

5. Programme Cancellation by Impact Alliance Partners

If Impact Alliance Partners cancels a programme, we may, at our discretion:

  • Offer an alternative date;
  • Transfer the participant to another session;
  • Offer an alternative programme/service of comparable value; or
  • Provide a refund where appropriate or legally required.

The applicable arrangement will depend on the circumstances of the cancellation.

6. Changes to Programme Date or Time

Impact Alliance Partners may occasionally change the date, time, venue, trainer, speaker, consultant, or online platform due to operational or unforeseen circumstances.

Where reasonably possible, participants will be informed of significant changes.

A change in schedule does not automatically create a right to a refund where an alternative session or reasonable alternative arrangement is provided.

7. Duplicate or Incorrect Payments

If you believe that you have made a duplicate payment or that a payment was processed incorrectly, please contact us promptly with the relevant transaction details.

Any refund in such circumstances will be reviewed and processed subject to verification and applicable payment/banking procedures.

8. Payment Gateway and Banking Charges

Where a refund is approved, payment gateway charges, banking charges, transaction fees, convenience fees, processing fees, and other third-party charges that have already been incurred may be deducted from the refundable amount to the extent permitted by applicable law.

9. Statutory Taxes

Where GST or another statutory tax has been charged on a transaction, the tax component will be treated in accordance with applicable tax laws.

Where such tax has already been deposited or cannot legally be recovered or refunded, that amount may not be included in the refund.
