2. Eligibility

You must provide accurate and complete information when registering for our services, programmes, memberships, events, or other activities.

You are responsible for ensuring that the information submitted by you is accurate and up to date.

Where you register on behalf of an organisation, NGO, company, institution, or another person, you confirm that you have the authority to provide the information and make the registration or payment.

3. Registration and Participation

Registration for a programme, training, masterclass, workshop, consultation, event, membership, or other paid service is subject to successful completion of the applicable registration process and payment of the prescribed fee.

A registration may not be considered confirmed until payment has been successfully received and confirmation has been issued by Impact Alliance Partners or its authorised payment/registration platform.

The number of participants for a programme may be limited.

Impact Alliance Partners reserves the right to refuse or cancel a registration where there are reasonable grounds, including operational, security, compliance, payment, or other legitimate considerations.

4. Fees and Payments

The applicable fee for a programme, service, membership, consultation, training, event, or other offering will be communicated on the relevant registration or service page.

All fees must be paid through the payment method specified by Impact Alliance Partners.

Where applicable, GST and other statutory taxes or charges will be charged in accordance with applicable law.

The customer/participant is responsible for providing accurate payment and registration information.

Payment confirmation, invoices, receipts, or other transaction records may be issued electronically.

5. Refund, Cancellation and Rescheduling

All payments are subject to our Refund, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Unless specifically stated otherwise for a particular service or programme:

Fees paid for registrations, training programmes, masterclasses, workshops, events, consultancy, mentorship, memberships, or other services are non-refundable.

If Impact Alliance Partners, at its sole discretion or where legally required, approves a refund, the following may apply:

• Payment gateway/banking/transaction charges already deducted from the payment may not be refundable.
• GST or other statutory taxes already deposited or otherwise non-refundable under applicable law may not be refundable.
• Any other third-party charges actually incurred in processing the transaction may be deducted where legally permissible.
• The balance, if any, will be refunded through the original or an appropriate payment method.

Non-Attendance

If a participant registers and pays for a live online or offline session but fails to attend the scheduled session, no refund will be provided solely because of non-attendance.

Where Impact Alliance Partners offers the option, the participant may request to attend another available session of the same or substantially similar programme, subject to availability and applicable conditions.

Such transfer is not an automatic right and may be subject to a specified validity period.

6. Programme Changes and Cancellation by Impact Alliance Partners

Impact Alliance Partners reserves the right to modify:

• Programme dates
• Timings
• Speakers, mentors, consultants, or trainers
• Venue or online platform
• Programme structure
• Content or agenda
• Delivery format

Such changes will not ordinarily create a right to a refund where the core nature of the programme or service remains substantially similar.

If Impact Alliance Partners cancels a programme entirely and does not provide a reasonable alternative, any refund or alternative arrangement will be determined by Impact Alliance Partners in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances of the cancellation.

7. Consultancy and Professional Services

Our consultancy, mentorship, advisory, training, compliance, CSR, fundraising, and related services are provided based on the information, documents, circumstances, and requirements communicated by the client.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and timely information.

Our recommendations, strategies, proposals, introductions, guidance, training, or professional opinions do not constitute a guarantee of:

• Funding
• CSR partnership
• Grant approval
• Donor support
• Government approval
• Regulatory approval
• Business results
• Revenue
• Project success
• Award or recognition
• Employment or professional advancement

Actual results may depend on circumstances beyond our control.

8. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the website and its content, including:

• Graphics
• Presentations
• Training materials
• Videos
• Templates
• Documents
• Course materials

• Branding
• Methodologies
